AlignCare CoPilot™ ("we," "us," or "our") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed specifically for Missouri Consumer Directed Services (CDS) home care agencies. We provide operational compliance tools, dashboard reporting, caregiver tracking, client intake monitoring, and AI-assisted operational analysis.
AlignCare CoPilot is operated by AlignCare Group, LLC, based in Missouri.
You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a licensed or operating home care agency to use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your agency to these terms.
Entering PHI into AlignCare CoPilot is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of HIPAA. AlignCare CoPilot is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
AlignCare CoPilot offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize AlignCare CoPilot to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@aligncaregroup.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

All content, features, module names (including CaregiverClear™, IntakeFlow™, PayrollGuard™, OpsPulse™, and AuditReady™), reports, and platform design are the exclusive intellectual property of AlignCare Group, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without express written permission.
AlignCare CoPilot is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any reports or analysis generated by the platform. The platform is an operational support tool and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying all information and making your own compliance decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlignCare Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or to the platform. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
