• Account information: Agency name, owner name, email address, and encrypted password
• Billing information: Subscription plan and payment processing data handled by Stripe (we do not store your credit card details)
• Operational data: De-identified caregiver and client tracking data, submission history, and report data you enter into the platform
• Usage data: Login activity, pages visited, and features used within the platform

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process your subscription and billing through Stripe
• Provide access to your dashboard and generate operational reports
• Send account-related emails such as billing confirmations and service updates
• Improve the platform and develop new features
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your account data is stored securely in Airtable, a cloud-based database platform. Your password is never stored in plain text — it is hashed using a strong cryptographic algorithm before storage.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. AlignCare CoPilot never stores or has access to your full credit card number.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party services including Airtable (data storage), Stripe (payments), and Netlify (hosting) to operate the platform. These providers have their own privacy policies and security practices.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and Tracking

AlignCare CoPilot uses session storage to keep you logged in during your browser session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to advertisers.

We retain your account and operational data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days before deletion, in case you wish to reactivate. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

AlignCare CoPilot is intended for use by business professionals only and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
